Singletree Winery is hands down my favourite winery in the Fraser Valley! These guys make the most delicious prosecco called Victory, and one I had a sip I was hooked!
During my tasting I had a chance to wander around the property and realized how incredible of a wedding venue it is!
This venue is really a wedding photographers playground. It has rolling hills, a vineyard to cruise around in, and the most gorgeous tree line with a grassy field to play around in. It offers shade on hot sunny days, and the sun sets just in behind the front vineyard for really dreamy sunset photos.
The property is a blank canvas for you to create whatever you'd like for your wedding day. It has an area for a large tent, lots of space for trailed washrooms (Sunrise Washrooms all the way) and it has all the wine you could ever need to celebrate!
The venue has a flat rate for rentals, with a minimum spend for wine. You can bring any other alcohol or beer onsite, but you have to purchase wine from the venue.
The ceremony space sits just behind the main house in a gorgeous garden overlooking your reception space. It's a large grassy area, with lots of space for guests, and it overlooks the vineyard or garden area.
There's a small gazebo in behind that is a fabulous spot for hiding the bride or groom, and it's shaded so it's nice a cool!
The venue rental fee only gives you access to use the property, you'll have to rent tables, chairs, tents, etc (Open Air Weddings & Events does all of this for you) But this also allows you to customize it even more! Farm tables rather than folding banquet tables could be a really beautiful option!
As a wedding photographer I get really excited about venues like this, endless opportunities to create & document your wedding photos. Not having to travel to another location to do your photos gives you extra time for all your portraits! They have this beautiful area right behind the reception space with a tree lined grassy field, it's fully shaded by 2pm and allows the sunlight to filter through. It's cool, and the best part is it's not far from the bar in your reception area!
I was really impressed with everything this venue has to offer, from lots of room to create whatever you'd like for your reception, to all the amazing areas for photos, it really gives you so much to work with. The price to rent the space is really reasonable, and paired with a rental package from Open Air Weddings, you'll be able to host your wedding without breaking the bank!
If an outdoor wedding is what your wedding vision is, you have to go check Singletree Winery out. Just picture dancing away your wedding night among all the grapes!
